Hey there, Holistic One!
My name is Elizabeth, and I’m a writer, Holistic Life Coach, & digital strategist that loves wellness & travel.
I help Life & Health Coaches create blogs they’re proud of, Social Media strategies that are as feel-good as they are effective, and lifestyles centered around freedom & ease.
In other words, I blog about things that help Life/Health Coaches thrive, both personally and professionally.
Here on the blog, I write posts & guides that will help you become a prolific blogger while growing your personal brand and social media presence. I also review & feature wellness & lifestyle products that holisticpreneurs are sure to love! And you’ll also find travel guides & tips too, geared to coaches & yoga teachers looking to become digital nomads or plan a holistic event in an exotic location.
I believe in something I like to call holistic lifestyle design. This is inspired by author Tim Ferriss’ lifestyle design concept. You create a life you want and put your health and happiness first. When you make that priority, you build a business or career around that. And most Life & Health Coaches strive to have that life-business balance, don’t we?
As a freelance writer, I craft content for travel, business, & wellness publications. I also ghostwrite & edit blog posts for leading 6 figure coaches & wellness businesses that need engaging & helpful posts their Ideal Clients love!
Whether you’re curious on how to use Pinterest to grow your Life/Health Coaching business or aren’t sure how to create an editorial calendar, I’ve got you covered. I also share my journey as a holistic mother & wife and what it’s like being a digital nomad and Highly Sensitive Entrepreneur.
Several times a month, I interview guest experts-biz coaches, holistic mavens, authors to give you even more insight into how to position your personal brand and get clients through speaking at events or workshops. And even how to write a best-selling book!
Every week or so, I send out additional free training to my subscribers ( fellow coaches like yourself) and also hook them up with access to my free training vault. From free courses for Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs to social media training, subscribers get it all!
A little bit about yours truly…
I’m an avid traveler. A wellness fan. Extroverted empath. A gamer. Cyberpunk wannabe. Highly Sensitive Entrepreneur. Herbalism student. Tea sipper. Foodie. Horror movie aficionado.Vintage clothing enthusiast. Geek. And a seeker. Not as in the Harry Potter type of seeker, although that would be cool..
I’m a certified Holistic Life Coach & Wellness Coach, and studied business & transformational coaching at The Divine Living Academy Online.
Being a fan of health & nutrition, I’ve also studied at The Academy of Culinary Nutrition and the Herbal Academy of New England, as well as at an Ayurvedic medicine clinic outside of Delhi.
Oh, I also hoard essential oils and attempt to make body oils and face serums…
In addition to my training as a coach, I’m a well-trained social media & content marketing strategist that has worked with brands & businesses around the world.
My writing has been featured on sites like Cameron Diaz’ ourbodybook.com, Inspired Coach Magazine, Blog Society, Tiny Buddha, Huffington Post, and Annapurna Living. Some kind folks have endorsed my work, including best-selling author Jeff Goins.
My family and I live amongst the rice paddies on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, and we’re planning on moving to the PNW sometime next year.
When I’m not writing or crafting digital strategies for Life Coaches, I’m hanging out with my family & homeschooling our 8 year old angel Kaya.
As a child, I grew up between France, the Midwest, and Singapore, and am British American. Confusing, I know. But this is where I got my zeal for savouring life. And my love of food & travel!
My hubby is from Michigan but considers Los Angeles home, after living there for nearly a decade. We’ve been together for 12 years and married for 10. We’re pretty much inseparable, and our desire to spend as much time together as possible prompted us to downsize and work from home, as well as live intentionally.
We moved to Korea when our daughter was about 15 months old and have been slow-traveling ever since.
I also run a culinary travel blog as well as a family travel site, both of which are part of the Lonely Planet Pathfinder program. And my hubby and I co-founded Holistic Families, a blog devoted to helping families thrive.
